How does the progress go?•I will only accept payment upfront except for larger commissions that will come with a payment plan option, it should be labeled so on the page of that particular commission
•I offer partial payment options or upfront payment options, I will not start a commission if I have not had a payment for it yet
•All payment will be done via invoice on PayPal

• Half payment is the minimum required, but Full payment is required when order is under 150 USD
• No Payment Plans available to Order under 150 USD
• Payment expected within 24hrs or you may lose your slot
• Completion time varies depending on the order, and how many other orders I have. Ask me personally for more information about your order’s completion time
• Commissioner can re-upload/edit the image as much as they like as long original credit to me is given
• Artwork CAN be used commercially, commercial rights are always included!

Payment InformationIt is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not fall through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I absolutely haven't received the payment - then the 24 hour payment term applies to you.Refund Policy
If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.I do have a rough basis for percentage of the refunds:• Sketch: 75%
